Sparefoot booked me a 10 x 20 unit at a good rate. Global Storage of Sadsburyville REFUSED to honor the reservation because I had a prior unit there at a rate 45% higher. They are a bait & switch vendor, as soon as your billin cycle comes up, expect HUGE price increases!

This is the cleanest storage facility that we have ever seen and the staff is helpful and kind. We made the selection for this location primarily for the price, but were really pleased with quality of the facility and staff.

Facility refused the "first free month"Mastercard had a "debit card" option for a $99.00 overcharge. They also refused "prepayment" of the minimum term and required the "autopay" option. The contract did not meet the advertised pricing from Sparefoot. Otherwise, the storage locker was available and conformed with the advertisement.

I was unable to come to the schedule date which was this past Saturday. My date was easily moved up until this Tuesday. I was feeling better shown up today and just had to mention my name and he already had my name on the sheet did not have to show my email verification code or anything. Was shown the unit was happy with the unit and the signing up was fast and easy to understand. I am very pleased to had picked this location for my storage needs 🙂

Thank you to the young man that helped my college student with her initial move in. Our flight was cancelled the day we were set to fly out to help her move. The young man that I spoke with once we learned of our situation was extremely patient and understanding. Although I was totally panicking, he assured me everything would be ok.. thank you again!!!!

The gentlemen at the front office are very gentlemen like and professional. The storage unit is clean and priced nicely. They also offer insurance for the items you store there.

I signed up online and less than 5 minutes later someone from the staff called me to make sure everything was right. My husband I got there and were greeted with friendly, knowledgeable staff making sure we got the right size unit. Very clean everywhere. I was at a different facility and it was horrible and dirty! This place is very clean and easy to move stiff in even on the second floor. I highly recommend Globel Storsge!

Overall the facility is nice. Two issues though. 1st, their price quotes are more than 30% higher than available on the same lockers through Sparefoot.com. 2nd, they lock down all of their electrical boxes so renters have no access to AC power, such as to start a power tool or provide lighting to find something at night.

I didn't dead with anyone on site. The site manager did call me before I moved in. The kiask thing is horrible. It wouldn't take my card. The a.c. wasn't working in there. I had to call 3 times before I could pay and get my unit. I didn't get the lock I paid for and had to call back again. All while peolle were waiting to unload the things into the unit.

From start to finish the process was easy as can be. John explained the monthly charges, showed me my unit to make sure I chose the right size, and went through everything from working the lock to what to do if I ever needed assistance from staff. The interactive kiosk in the lobby that is open 24/7 and allows you to rent a unit, pay your bill, or get questions answered by a live person you can actually see on the screen is super cool and a huge plus for customers. Both the staff and the facility are top notch so if you're looking for a storage unit....this is the place to go!!!

Manager reached out to me before move in date to describe the space since it was listed at 40' but a 40" vehicle may have a challenge backing into the space. On the manager's advice I visited and inspected the space and found it sufficient for my needs. On move in day got the 35' RV into the space on the second try. A bit tight but it works.
